1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and paldofun ("paldofun," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the paldofun platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at https://paldofun.vip and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering with, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the paldofun Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the paldofun Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. paldofun reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its satisfaction.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of paldofun, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) paldofun account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paldofun login credentials. paldofun will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security is your responsibility.
• You must notify paldofun immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• Account registration does not confer any proprietary interest in paldofun's platform, software, or content. paldofun accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party.

paldofun may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include Philippine-issued passports, driver's licenses, and UMID cards.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. paldofun accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, and InstaPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your paldofun wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. paldofun is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds will be returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of the relevant payment channel.
• paldofun reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before authorizing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. paldofun targets processing within business hours but does not guarantee a specific timeframe.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on paldofun are conducted in Philippine Peso. paldofun does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider.

4.4 Player Funds. Player funds held in paldofun wallets are not insured deposits. While paldofun takes reasonable measures to segregate player funds from operational funds, paldofun makes no guarantee regarding the treatment of such funds in the event of insolvency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, paldofun may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. The following general terms apply to all paldofun promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• paldofun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing paldofun promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• paldofun reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the paldofun Platform are governed by rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on paldofun's servers, the server record shall prevail.

paldofun uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for applicable games. Live casino games are conducted in real time by human dealers using physical equipment under camera surveillance. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, paldofun reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. paldofun is not liable for any winnings or losses that would have occurred but for the malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paldofun Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
• Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party or under a false identity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Any conduct that paldofun determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

paldofun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all paldofun account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within account settings. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the paldofun Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, trademarks, and logos — is the proprietary property of paldofun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any paldofun content without prior written consent from paldofun. Unauthorized use of paldofun's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldofun's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

paldofun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, regardless of the cause and whether such damages were foreseeable. This limitation applies to claims arising from game outcomes, payment processing delays, technical malfunctions, and unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by paldofun's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

paldofun collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at paldofun Privacy Policy. By registering with paldofun, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by Philippine data privacy laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

paldofun will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third-party service providers (including payment processors and game providers) is conducted on a need-to-know basis under contractual data protection obligations. paldofun may disclose player information to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulatory obligation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

paldofun reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, paldofun will provide reasonable notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

13. Termination and Account Closure

paldofun may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if account closure is required by law or regulatory obligation.

You may close your paldofun account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to support. Upon closure, any eligible remaining balance (after deduction of pending bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable identity verification requirements.

Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force and effect after account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of paldofun shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact paldofun's support team in the first instance so that the matter may be resolved informally and expeditiously. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, regulatory disputes concerning online gambling operations may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established complaint resolution processes.
